In the Division of Hepatobiliary Surgery, the Center for Excellence in Integrated Behavior Medicine consists of an interdisciplinary team whose mission is to develop and integrate behavioral and biomedical knowledge and techniques relevant to health and illness, as well as to apply those knowledge and techniques to prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
